Rihanna was forced to evacuate her London hotel after a fire broke out in the building early Wednesday.
The singer tweeted the photo at right, along with the message, 'Roamin da streets since 6am! Fyah in da telly #evacuationlife.'
Later she posted a picture of the fire truck in front of the Corinthia Hotel (below).
Fortunately, the evacuation was only precautionary.
A spokesperson for the hotel released a statement explaining that a service elevator motor had burned out, leading to smoke and the activation of alarms.
After the fire department conducted a safety check, guests were allowed back into the building.
It's already been an eventful trip to London for Rihanna, whose bodyguard punched out an intrusive photographer over the weekend.
Here's hoping the drama is over!
