CLAIM: Kris Jenner's Drinking and 'Out-Of-Control Partying' Cause Family Crisis

Kris Jenner is being attacked again by In Touch, the publication that has embarrassed itself with a series of wild allegations about the Kardashian matriarch, recently even going after her relationship with her teenage daughters.

The longer the magazine's bizarre war on Jenner continues, the clearer it becomes that objectivity has been left behind.

This week, In Touch says the 'momager' is supposedly under fire for her 'out-of-control partying.'

The tabloid claims Jenner's children have told her that 'she needs to quit drinking ' or else.'

'She sometimes drinks at work and in the morning, and she always jokes about having her vodka and wine ready for her when she arrives at an event or at home,' a so-called 'family insider' tells In Touch. 'She needs help.'

The mag's source adds, 'You can see the girls are embarrassed. Kim rolls her eyes and walks away. And Kourtney doesn't approve, especially now that she has kids.'

And when daughter Khloe jokingly calls Jenner a 'drunkie' on Twitter, it should be taken seriously, according to In Touch.

'Her family is falling apart,' a 'friend' of the Kardashians tells the tabloid. 'Her older kids are distancing themselves.'

How so?

The In Touch source explains, 'Kourtney barely speaks to her and doesn't want her around the kids. Khloe has so much going on in her marriage right now, she doesn't want to deal with her mother's issues, and Kim is consumed with the baby and Kanye West.'

Uh-huh.

Allow Gossip Cop to translate.

In Touch has been ripping Jenner for months, calling her a 'madwoman', questioning Khloe's paternity, suggesting that the Jenners' marriage is in crisis ' and being proven wrong at every turn when the family remains happily united.

So the magazine is now forced to use unrelated circumstances like Kim's pregnancy (?) as some kind of indication that Jenner's children are pulling away from her.

Just like so much of what In Touch has published in recent weeks about the family, it's total nonsense.

A source close to the Kardashians tells Gossip Cop the latest report is '100 percent false.'

Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka's 'Wedding Is Off,' Declares Tab

'The wedding is off for Neil Patrick Harris!' declares the National Enquirer, which claims the 'How I Met Your Mother' star has 'abruptly canceled plans to marry longtime fiancé David Burtka.'

How come?

According to a purported 'insider' for the tab, 'Neil and David got into a huge argument on their way to a party the night before the Screen Actors Guild Awards.'

Um' the SAGs were a full month ago, so why are we just hearing about this supposed bust-up now?

Also, we should note that the Enquirer said the pair's wedding was off last summer, too, so this seems to be a running theme.

Anyway, the mag quotes its alleged 'source' as saying, 'David made the mistake of complaining that he was sick of the showbiz grind,' explaining, 'He feels that from the Emmys to the Grammys to the Oscars, Hollywood is just one big trophy fest, and he accused Neil of using him as 'arm candy.''

Huh?

First of all, Burtka recently began a new gig as a correspondent for 'E! News,' so we're fairly certain he's not adverse to the 'showbiz grind.'

Secondly, this is a long term couple with two-year-old twins together ' not some fleeting romance ' so the Enquirer source's 'arm candy' comment is ludicrous.

Still, the tabloid's 'spy' goes on to claim that Harris 'roared at David: 'arm candy? Don't freakin' flatter yourself! I can get along very nicely without you!''

The so-called 'insider' tells the mag that the pair 'walked into the party, mad at each other' and both supposedly 'threw back a couple whiskies, and that only made things worse.'

So the tab's 'spy' was with Harris and Burtka in the car on their way to the party, and also with them at the bash?

Oh, and that's not all.

It appears the so-called 'source' then followed the couple home, because he or she further claims that the following day, Harris told Burtka 'the wedding was off!'

'They're barely speaking,' tattles the Enquirer insider.

That must be pretty awkward' considering Harris and Burtka are currently on a cruise together.

On Thursday, Harris tweeted, 'The Nat Enq is cray cray. We've never had a wedding date, just engaged (Prop 8 and all). We're on a cruise as I write. He's rad. All good.'

Kim Kardashian 'Freaking Out' Over Pregnancy Weight Gain?

The tabloids are working hard this week to try to convince readers that Kim Kardashian is far too selfish to ever be a good mother.

Gossip Cop already slammed a Life & Style report alleging the reality star was 'worried' her baby would be 'bad for business,' and now comes a tale from In Touch claiming a 'vain' and 'image-obsessed' Kardashian is 'panicking about her pregnancy pounds.'

In a story titled, 'Kim Hates Her New Body,' the mag says the reality mogul's 'desperate attempts to disguise her baby bump have friends concerned.'

Oh, is that why she recently stepped out in a see-through blouse and posed in a bikini for DuJour magazine?

Regardless, a so-called 'insider' tells the tab, 'She isn't adapting to her new pregnancy figure. She's freaking out about her weight gain.'

'She seems more concerned with how she looks than she is with her baby,' adds the alleged friend.

Whoa.

The magazine's purported 'source' goes on to claim that Kardashian has 'bumped up her workouts because she hates how she looks' and is refusing to slow down her busy schedule ' potentially to the detriment of her baby's health.

OK, enough.

Not only are these claims way below-the-belt, but they're also completely inaccurate.

Asked about her pregnancy weight gain, Kardashian told Cosmopolitan she's fully prepared to pack on the pounds, saying, 'I'll definitely be up there.'

And a source close to the Kardashian clan tells Gossip Cop the mag's story is 'nasty' and 'not true.'

MAG: Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott Headed For '$300 Million Divorce!'

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are headed for a '$300 million divorce!' blares the cover of Star, which claims the '90210' alum has caught her husband 'with other women.'

According to a so-called 'insider' for the tabloid, 'Tori believes Dean has been seeing two different women for years. She's so suspicious, she monitors his email and put a tracker on his phone.'

The supposed 'source' says, 'She's even had a private investigator follow him' who's allegedly discovered that McDermott has 'some suspicious relationships with other women.'

Um' how would Star even know this? Has the mag hired a P.I. to follow Spelling's P.I.?

Anyhow, the tabloid claims that Spelling 'confronted Dean about his indiscretions,' quoting the purported insider as saying, 'She tried to demand answers, but he denied everything.'

The spy further alleges that McDermott tells his wife 'she looks fat,' quoting McDermott's 'former best friend,' Michael Olifiers, as saying, 'Dean always jokes that Tori has a horse face. He doesn't find her attractive!'

How does a former pal know what McDermott always does?

Still, despite supposedly not being attracted to his wife, McDermott constantly badgers her for sex, claims the mag.

'They argue about sex all the time ' he can't get enough!' notes the 'source,' who adds that Spelling 'even tries to justify his cheating with the sex-addict line.'

Whoa, this 'insider' is very familiar with the couple sex life as well as the inner-workings of Spelling's mind.

Regardless, another so-called 'source' for the mag says, 'Dean is moving out for good,' claiming, 'He's been studying Tori's and [her mom] Candy [Spelling's] finances for months and says he will use the kids as leverage to get big money.'

What makes the mag think McDermott would have any right to Spelling's mother's fortune? That makes no sense.

Also, Star previously reported that the couple had separated at least four different times since 2010, and yet the pair continues to stay together and expand their family.

Still, Gossip Cop checked in with a rep for Spelling, who tells us it is completely 'not true' that she and McDermott are having marriage problems.

And a family insider assures us that this supposed pal of McDermott, Michael Olifiers, is 'definitely not a friend.'
