Anne Hathaway had a rough time at the BAFTA Awards last weekend.
The Les Miserables star appeared on Wednesday's 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,' telling the host she ripped her dress shortly before the ceremony, forcing her to skip the red carpet.

Hathaway said, 'I was so late that I had to run straight to the end of the carpet,' adding, 'The worst part was, I missed the fans' They're out in the cold and the rain and the sleet, and they booed me.'
'I got booed, my dress ripped, and I had the flu,' she lamented.
Still, the evening wasn't all a wash, as the actress took home the Best Supporting Actress award.
