Kate Middleton showed off her growing baby bump on Tuesday while visiting women recovering from addiction at Action on Addiction's Hope House treatment center in London.
The Duchess of Cambridge, whose recent Caribbean vacation with Prince William hit a sour note when an Italian magazine snapped private photos of her in a bikini, looked happy and radiant as she made her way to the rehab facility.
