Jack Kerouac is having a big-screen renaissance.
The iconic writer's On The Road is already the subject of a new Kristen Stewart adaptation, and now the first trailer has premiered for Big Sur.
The movie portrays Kerouac's escapes to a cabin in Northern California in the years following his success, as he battles depression and alcoholism.
It is directed by Michael Polish and stars his real-life fiancé Kate Bosworth, along with Jean-Marc Barr as Kerouac and Josh Lucas as Neal Cassidy.
