Will Smith gave a rare, impromptu rap performance at Gabrielle Union's 40th birthday party in Miami over the weekend.

The superstar took the mic as Doug E. Fresh provided some beatboxing, treating partygoers to some freestyle, followed by lines from 'Summertime' and the 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' theme song.

Smith also dropped an uncharacteristic N-word during the surprise performance.

Argo Emerges Above Cloud Atlas, Wins Crowded Weekend Box Office

Argo topped a crowded box office that was weakened by Hurricane Sandy's threatening ascent up the East Coast.

Ben Affleck's true story CIA thriller earned $12.5 million, beating the Tom Hanks-Halle Berry new release Cloud Atlas, which took second place and a $9.6 million haul.

The animated Hotel Transylvania secured third with $9.1 million.

Fourth and fifth places went to two horror flicks ' Paranormal Activity 4 and Silent Hill: Revelation 3D ' which raked in a close $8.6 million and $8.5 million, respectively.

Rounding out the Top 10 were Liam Neeson's mad dad sequel Taken 2 ($8.2 million), Here Comes The Boom ($5.5 million), Alex Cross ($5.3 million), Sinister ($5 million), and Pitch Perfect ($4 million).

Madonna Booed At New Orleans Concert For Telling Audience To 'Vote For Obama'

Madonna was booed at her New Orleans concert on Saturday, and not for some of the usual antics on her 'MDNA Tour.'

The singer was heckled when she asked, 'Who's registered to vote?' followed by 'I don't care who you vote for as long as you vote for Obama.'

That prompted several concertgoers to boo Madonna as well as to walk out of her concert.

She quickly tried to recover by adding, 'Seriously, I don't care who you vote for' Do not take this privilege for granted. Go vote.'

John Lennon was political and brave. Madonna obviously backed down after the boos and walk outs. If you are going to be an entertainer and political-then stand your ground. Don't whimp out.
People go to see her perform music, not to spout her political views . She should leave that for talk shows.

Kim Kardashian made a splash at a Midori-sponsored Halloween party on Saturday night at the New York hotspot Avenue.

Complete with a blonde wig, a seashell top, and green fishtail-like dress, the reality star channeled Daryl Hannah's mermaid character from the 1984 film Splash, co-starring Tom Hanks.

She tweeted before the bash 'Splash,' and 'Me & my captain,' referring to Kanye West, who was dressed in a nautical-inspired getup.

Argo Expected to Beat Cloud Atlas, Win Crowded Weekend Box Office

Argo is expected to top a crowded box office weakened by Hurricane Sandy's threatening ascent up the East Coast, according to early estimates.

Ben Affleck's true story CIA thriller is currently tracking toward $12 million, which would be enough for the #1 spot over the Tom Hanks-Halle Berry new release Cloud Atlas ($9.5 million).

Meanwhile, two horror flicks ' Silent Hill: Revelation 3D and Paranormal Activity 4 ' are competing against the animated Hotel Transylvania and Liam Neeson's mad dad sequel Taken 2 for third place.

All four films are projected to take in approximately $9 million in initial forecasts.

Here Comes The Boom ($5.5 million) should follow at #7, with Sinister ($5 million) and Alex Cross ($5 million) not far behind.

The Halloween comedy Fun Size should round out the Top 10 with approximately $4 million.
