Taylor Swift has quietly begun dating Conor Kennedy, the grandson of Robert F. Kennedy, a source close to the situation confirms to Gossip Cop.

The pair spent last weekend at the Kennedy family compound in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts.

We're told Swift first became friendly with the clan when Robert F. Kennedy's widow Ethel asked to meet her last year.

The 'You Belong With Me' singer later attended a documentary about Ethel at the Sundance Film Festival, along with Rory Kennedy, Ethel's youngest daughter.

They all kept in touch, and Swift was invited to spend July 4th with the family in Hyannis Port.

Our insider says since then, the Grammy winner has begun seeing Conor, the 18-year-old son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the late Mary Richardson Kennedy.

We're told the pair get along well.

As Gossip Cop exclusively reported, Swift was wrongly linked to Patrick Schwarzenegger after July 4th weekend.

CLAIM: Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson Fighting Over Dog

The latest wave of frenzied Robert Pattinson-Kristen Stewart speculation claims the pair has entered a custody fight ' over Pattinson's rescue dog Bear.

These rumors come in the wake of Stewart's indiscretion with Rupert Sanders, after which Pattinson asked her to leave the home they shared in Los Angeles.

With the embattled couple no longer living together, bloggers like Perez Hilton are spreading new reports about Stewart and Pattinson bickering over Bear.

According to Perez's 'Robsten insider' (whose quotes he steals, word for word, from equally unreliable webloids), 'Rob was so hurt by Kristen's actions he decided that he wants the dog to help him get over what happened.'

'However, Kristen won't give up Bear in a hurry,' explains the 'insider,' adding, 'She wants joint custody ' and it could get a little messy.'

Of course, messiness is exactly what Perez and his ilk want from the Stewart-Pattinson situation, which is how stories like this one take root.

It's why completely off-base rumors are getting mixed in with the actual facts about fallout from Stewart's actions.

But Perez feels compelled to stir the pot.

He screams, 'Come on KStew! Let Rob have a LITTLE comfort, for goodness sake! And is joint custody simply a scheme for her to see RPatz again?'

No.

There is NO custody battle here.

The phony battle over Bear is just more manufactured controversy from outlets hoping to heighten emotions in an already difficult situation.

Bear is Pattinson's dog.

Despite the fact that Stewart helped care for Bear while she and Pattinson lived together, the idea that the pooch is being used as a pawn (or that Stewart wants to 'steal' him, as Perez suggests) is totally false.

Sources close to both parties tell Gossip Cop the talk about a looming custody fight over Bear is 'complete b.s.'

It seems like Pattinson will be keeping his beloved pet, regardless of what winds up happening between him and Stewart.

As for Perez and the others' well, let's just say they're barking up the wrong tree.

I do to. Kristen obviously has a lot of growing up to do. Maybe she wasn't sure what she wanted when she did this and was trying to figure things out. She's young and maybe her serious relationship scared her a bit. I feel like Rob is totally gone over her and will give her another chance, but if that happens, I hope she won't do it unless she is ready for that commitment.

As for Bear, speaking from experience, dogs are a great way to deal with loss and a broken heart. It's amazing how in tune to my feelings my dogs are. I'd be lost without them.

He hooked up with that Erika Dutra chick in Cannes that year and Camilla Belle in NYC when she went to visit him there during Remember Me filming. There were rumors of him and Emilie de Ravin having and on-set fling that same summer during filming. He was cheating with Ashley Greene again during Eclipse filming that fall while Kristen was on set. There were the rumors of him leaving Leighton Meester's apartment in NYC early the next year. He cheated with some burlesque dancer Caroline Jones during Bel Ami filming in London causing him to be late for Eclipse reshoots and also his co-star Natalia Tena who he'd already had a history with before too.
He cheated with Lindsay Lohan during Water for Elephants filming in LA that summer at Las Palmas and was photographed poolside with a bartender from Saddleranch crawling all over this lap poolside at a hotel that July after Kristen had already left for Montreal to being On the Road filming. There were rumors that he was going to co ke parties in Malibu and hooking up with sk anks like Teresa Palmer all that summer too. He was supposedly hooking up with Maggie Grace during Breaking Dawn filming while they were back in Vancouver spotted in her hotel while Kristen was back in LA. There was the Russian model Ana Colja who was interviewed saying how she'd been 'close' with Rob since attending the Oscars with him years back and they still saw each other all the time, hinting at a sexual relationship between the two. He was said to have been hooking up with his director David Cronenberg's youngest daughter Caitlin during Cosmopolis filming that summer, hitting lots of late night hot spots and and parties, spreading their DNA all over Toronto together. He was hooking up with LA bar sk anks like that Shea Marie chick who tweeted she shared 'Jameson and Gingers' with him at Jimmy Fallon's Emmy after-party and went back to Rob's house to hang out following. There were all the bars he was hitting in LA closing them down at 3-4am every night while Kristen was busy in London filming Snow White and the Huntsman, girls tweeting about sharing drinks and cigarettes with him on the patio and flirting with him. He only visited Kristen one time during filming and not again until the very end after they finished their international promo tour for Breaking Dawn 1.

There were the Sarah Roemer hook up rumors that she went home with him from Soho House after they'd been partying with friends all night there and at La Poubelle. There were the Katy Perry texting stories that he'd been trying to console and hook up with her after her break up with Russel Brand'something that Kristen completely covered for him for I might add. There were the Lindsay Lohan cheating rumors AGAIN after that (didn't believe those were true though-Linsday is too gross now even for bottom feeders like Pattinson). Some of this sh it is going to come to light and it's going to bite Rob in the azz if he dumps Kristen for this thing with her director. This is not going to go away and it's going to get worse for him before it gets better. If he forgives he and takes her back (at least publicly) he might be able to avoid the backlash. Otherwise they're going to start coming out of the woodwork against him and it's going to be Tiger Woods all over again. She's the one who got caught but he's been doing it for a long long LONG time before this. While none of these rumors of him hooking up with other woman has been 100% proven WITH PICTURES (because there have been multiple sightings by fans and others of him with these and other women), he's only gotten a free pass on all this so far because Kristen has always stuck by him through it all and looked the other way despite the constant cheating talk about him.

This is not going to go away if he dumps her. He's going to reap a huge backlash so he'd better think wisely before condeming her for something that he's done since the beginning of their 'relationship.' She's not the only guilty party here. If he wants to keep this all under wraps and out of the mainstream media (as in not just in the comments section on gossip sites), then he'd better be careful. Kristen was stupid with how she handled her affair. Will Rob be smarter than she was? We shall see.

Robert Pattinson Set to Propose to Kristen Stewart Before Scandal Broke?

'Robert Pattinson Was 'Weeks Away From Proposing' To Kristen Stewart,' claims HollywoodLife.

The lazy webloid, which prints every rumor it sees elsewhere, now alleges that if Stewart had not cheated on Pattinson with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, she and Pattinson 'would have been engaged by the end of summer!'

HollywoodLife seems to be basing its 'reporting' on a quote provided by a source for The Mirror, who said, 'Robert hoped to marry Kristen and was making preparations to spring a proposal before she admitted cheating.'

'Unfortunately, those plans were scratched once Kristen's affair emerged,' explains HollywoodLife.

Now, in fairness to the trashy blog, other equally unreliable outlets also published phony 'engagement' rumors about Stewart and Pattinson in recent months.

Except at least those bogus reports were typical tabloid speculation about the next steps for a longterm couple.

HollywoodLife, meanwhile, is dangling a fabricated just-missed engagement into the rumor mill just to intensify the drama of Stewart and Pattinson's current issues and to raise the stakes of her indiscretion with Sanders.

It's just more shameful, facts-free exploitation from a site that's been desperate to wrongly drag everyone into the situation everyone ' including Katy Perry and Emilie de Ravin.

As Gossip Cop has reported ' consistently ' for months, Stewart and Pattinson had no engagement or wedding plans.

The couple was obviously serious about their relationship and living together.

But allegations that Pattinson was 'weeks away' from popping the question are based on nothing.

Apparently not. People reported they are not in communication. What bugs me about this is Pattinson himself is extremely immature. Kids pretending to be adults.
They both need to grow up , seize what they have, which to me seems solid, talk through it and move on if she is truly sorry and committed.
Hiding out and not taking calls just ensures more speculation and giving the stor more tabloid lines. It won't fade unless they both address it.

Maybe you came late to the party but GC answered those questions. They said:
(1) They NEVER said it was once. Ya'll can't read. They said it was a 'few' hookups in the last 'few weeks' ' not 'months' like other places reported.
(2) They said it was NOT sex (though that might have happened we can assume it they didn't get caught).
(3) They said they're NOT talking.
(4) Rob moved out.

IF Rob still refuses her calls, it's not the right thing to do. Not for her especially, but for him. He needs to hear her out, listens to what she has to say and her reasons and her pleas, whatever he decides afterwards. It's necessary to be able to move on. Of course maybe they already had that conversation when she confessed. But once the shock and first anger are over, that's when you need resolve and you're ready to really listen. Also, we do not know if Rob still refusing her calls. People said that last week. For all we know, they had this conversation recently, they both addressed the situations. But what's sure is that we'll never know about it. They won't air their dirty laundry out in the open anymore. She made a public mistake, she publicly apologized, the rest is gonna be dealt with in private, as it should be. We'll know soon enough how they are (they have work duties planned). Actually I think Rob is incredibly mature. He probably is too upset to talk to her now without anger. He also is smart to go away to think. He hasn't issued any statements and is not talking to the media or having people spin things his way. I don't doubt he'll talk to her to find out what she could have possibly been thinking. He has been interviewed several times about relationships and consistently has said how much he values trust and doesn't understand people who cheat and that his model for marriage is his parrents' successful one. He is not the immature one in this equation.

Why would GC even comment on this? The only way they could have any credible information on this one way or the other would be if they got it from Pattinson himself since he's the only one who would know if he was planning to or not. There is no indication in this report that he or his people have talked to GC at all which means that there assertion he wasn't going to propose is just as speculative and baseless as the reports that say he was. The closest we got was Sarah Roemer in the car but we will never know for sure what happened because no pics like Kristen had. It's obvious that Rob and Kristen don't need to get back together and hopefully when they get into other relationships they won't be with high profile people. That way not everything they say, wear or act will not be analyzed by their fans or non-fans. Yeah I still think that's still much more difficult to face than a simple 'no' or a breakup. Sure that's not easy if your partner keeps claiming his love for you but going to the lenght of cheating in public with all the awful consequences it'll have on her personnal life (having to tell him you cheated and get him mad at you), professional life and image, that just seem much more difficult to do and face than a simple 'I want out'. jmo

Its like when your bored with a guy, and he is all lovey-dubby, and it annoys you. You subconciously want him to catch you so he can get mad. As you can see the smirk she had in the pics. But once he catches you, and he's breaking down crying, thats when you regret it. Kstew wont get back with him if he forgave her, she's young and ready to move on. The same thng happened to Her other boyfriend. After about 4 years, she cheated on him and left him as well.

I dont remember ever hearing about that tweet before. Besides that doesnt make any sense. How can someone get banned from a hotel for tweeting about Robert Pattinson getting 'cozy with another woman?' Does the Chateau Marmont follow there guest twitter? I would think that a tweet like that would have gotton alot of attention and very quickly. Im guessing that this girl wants some attention and is hoping that a tabloid will pick up her tweet and cash in on this scandel. Everybody wants there 15 minutes of fame.
You have to remember that the paparazzi have powerful cameras that can snap pictures from up to a 1/2 mile away, so it's impossible to say if she saw the camera or not. Plus, she always smirks, that's just her natural expression, though what she had to be so unhappy about I'll never know. But I agree with you. RP is someone most women would give anything to be with and for someone like her to just give that up would be insane. I could see where she would sabotage the relationship on purpose.
Maybe, but Im convinced she wanted to get caught. She's bored with Robert, and she didnt want to get married. She has James Franco hitting on her. The Kardashian sisters had harsh words for Kris Jenner on Sunday's 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' after finding out she met up with a former flame.

'What a little whore,' Kourtney told her mother when Kris confessed to visiting with Todd Waterman, the man with whom she cheated on late husband Robert Kardashian.

Though Kris insisted she was just seeking 'closure' from her long ago lover, the girls ' and Kris' husband Bruce - didn't see it the same way.

'What an idiot you are,' Bruce told his wife, adding, 'I don't even know how I can trust you. I can't believe you did this.'

While Khloe jokingly suggested Kris undergo an STD test, Kim pushed for a lie detector test.

Faced with answering personal questions such as whether she wants to have another affair with Waterman, Kris was initially annoyed by the experience ' until the administrator told her she passed.

Bruce, however, still wasn't ready to put the issue behind them, even after he and Kris were forced by their kids to go on a 'romantic getaway' to Malibu.

But when looking at an old photo album together, the couple realized their problem was that they no longer put their relationship first, and decided to re-commit to focusing on each other more.
