BOX OFFICELiam Neeson has a lot to be proud of these days.
The actor's action sequel Taken 2 won the weekend box office title with $49 million.
That sum easily secures the top spot over last week's champ Hotel Transylvania, which took second place with $26.4 million.
Nabbing third was college a cappella group comedy Pitch Perfect with $14.5 million in ticket sales.
Time travel flick Looper and animated, kid-friendly horror homage Frankenweenie came in fourth and fifth places with $12.2 million and $12 million, respectively.
Rounding out the Top 10 were the Clint Eastwood baseball movie Trouble with the Curve ($3.9 million), the Jake Gyllenhaal cop drama End of Watch ($3.8 million), the Jennifer Lawrence thriller House at the End of the Street ($3.6 million), The Master ($1.7 million) and the re-release of Finding Nemo ($1.6 million).

I have not seen a movie in almost a year and I used to go every week. Hollywood, we are alltired of remakes and sequels, etc. Bring back some good adult fare. Tn
