'Papa Brad Pitt is in hot water with Angelina Jolie after he gave their son Maddox a new dirt bike,' claims the National Enquirer.
The tabloid says Jolie is 'livid' that Pitt bought the bike and worried that Maddox, who turned 11 this month, 'is going to break his neck stunt riding.'
A so-called 'source' tells the Enquirer that Jolie 'took Brad aside and pointed out that all the safety gear in the world probably wasn't going to help him much if he goes flying over the handlebars and lands on his neck!'
After Pitt 'insisted that he would never put their son in danger,' alleges the tab's source, 'a furious Angelina just stormed off in a huff.'
We wonder if this was the same 'source' who managed to be in the room when Jolie and Pitt allegedly fought in the wee hours of the morning after his recent 'bachelor party,' as the Enquirer falsely reported.
Or maybe it's whoever has been feeding the Enquirer completely fake stories about Maddox for months.
Either way, the magazine has a long and not-so-proud tradition of constantly alleging there's discord in the household, and none of it ever proving to be true.
A source close to the couple tells Gossip Cop the rumored dirt bike blowup is 'totally untrue.'
