BOX OFFICEThey've still got it!
The Expendables 2, the over-the-top shoot-em-up featuring Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Jason Statham, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris and virtually every other action star of the past three decades, is expected to win the box office with about $30 million.
That puts the new release ahead of last week's champ, The Bourne Legacy, which is projected to finish in second place at approximately $17 million.
Animated feature ParaNorman and Sparkle, featuring the late Whitney Houston, are in a tight race for #3, with both movies on pace for $15 million or so.
Political comedy The Campaign should be finish in fifth with about $13 million.
The Dark Knight Rises and The Odd Life of Timothy Green are both tracking toward $10 million, putting the #6 spot up for grabs.
The Meryl Streep and Tommy Lee Jones comedy Hope Springs is expected to earn about $8.5 million for eighth place.
Diary of a Wimpy Kid 3 should be next ($3 million), followed by Total Recall ($2.5 million).

There are only a handful of actors for whom I will spend money to see their movie at the theater. All but three of them are in this movie! Get the popcorn and the soda ready cause I'll be there to see Chuck Norris most of all!
